Frequency Specific Microcurrent Device Rentals

Dr. Mittag is willing to rent FSM machines to patients locally. FSM devices are prescriptive devices only, by law. Consequently, before Dr. Mittag is able to rent a device to you, he is required to evaluate your health condition.

The health evaluation begins with your completion of a health history and current complaints questionnaire online. It is completed with an online telemedicine consultation (45 minutes). Following the consultation Dr. Mittag will program an FSM machine with the appropriate programs for your health issues and goals. The cost of the consultation is $175.

The FSM machines are then rented at a rate of $10/day with a one month minimum rental period. A deposit is required to secure the FSM machine and rentals are available only in the greater metro area of Minneapolis/St. Paul.
